Recommended spending money: Volunteers in Belize generally find US$200 to be sufficient for basic weekly expenses, including accommodation and meals on the weekends, and miscellaneous spending.
Please note: Volunteers will need to budget an extra US$35 per week for Marine Conservation Park fees, US$45 per week for dive gear rental and a US$50 fuel surcharge.

Recommended spending money: Volunteers in Brazil generally find US$250 to be sufficient for weekly expenses, including lunch, dinner and miscellaneous spending.
Joining the Brazil Program over Carnival (Fri, 28 Feb 2025 – Sat, 8 Mar 2025) will incur a strictly non-refundable Carnival Week Surcharge of US$600. This surcharge must be paid in full, along with your Program Fee, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of your program placement. Failure to pay the Carnival Week Surcharge by the specified deadline will result in a reduction of your program duration to ensure that you depart the Program on Fri, 28 Feb 2025.

A 5% international banking fee is added at point of payment.
Recommended spending money: Volunteers in Lima generally find US$50 - $100 per week to be sufficient for expenses, such as snacks, lunches, in-country tours, and Spanish language lessons.
Anyone volunteering during the week before Christmas will have a one-off surcharge of US$70 added to their file when registering, for Christmas activities within the community.

Due to the remote location of the camp and limited availability of specialty items, there is an extra charge for some dietary requirements (US$22 per week for vegetarian and US$32 per week for vegan, gluten and lactose intolerance).
