Changed your mind or had an unexpected change of plans? No worries! You can make unlimited free changes to your dates, duration, destination, or volunteer project up to 14 days before your start date.

If you cancel your program at least 14 days before your start date, you can use any Program Fees you've paid as credit towards a future trip or as a contribution towards an internship with our sister organization Intern Abroad HQ. We can also hold 100% of your Registration Fee payment as a credit.*

Choose our Flexi Registration Fee when you book and you’ll be able to get a full refund** – ensuring you won’t be out of pocket if you need to cancel.
*Base and Smart Registration credits can be held for up to 12 months. Flexi Registration credits can be held for up to 24 months.
